1. Service Agreement
By engaging with ViBEE, you agree to our tailoring process. We provide custom stitching based on the measurements provided or taken during the consultation. We strive for ultimate precision, but minor variations are normal in custom handcrafted work.
2. Pricing & Payments
The prices listed on our website are indicative starting values. Final pricing will be confirmed after assessing the fabric, design complexity, and any extra embellishments requested. Full or partial payment is required before the stitching process begins.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines range from 5 to 14 days depending on the service type. Urgent "Express" orders are subject to availability and will incur an additional priority fee.
4. Cancellations & Alterations
Once the fabric has been cut or stitching has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or fully refunded. If you wish to change your design, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Additional alterations requested after the final garment is delivered may be chargeable depending on the complexity.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing appropriate fabric (unless purchased from us) and ensuring any specific design instructions are clearly communicated during the initial booking.
